ChastityNovember 13, 2022Went in and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. She took my information and I was seen within 15 min from the time I got there. Then the nurse by the name of Samantha came in and took good care of me. She was extremely friendly, very professional and great bedside manners. I came in not being able to breathe and coughing. So she gave me a breathing treatment ask me if I wanted some water? The Doctor came in he was very young looking like maybe 25 or so? He was so nice and wanted to make sure that I get better. I went to this Doctor because before going to him, I went to Patient First on Garrisonville Rd and they didn't even do half of what Optimum Care did for me. I will never go back to Patients First again. Glad I got a second Opinion from Optimum Care Urgent Care. I will definitely make this my doctor. I recommend this place to my friends,family and to anyone who's looking to be taking good care of.
